Marika (The Hague Royal Conservatory/ M.M., Baroque Violin Performance and M.M., Baroque Violin Pedagogy)performs as concertmaster and/or principal for ensembles as diverse as Trinity Wall Street Baroque Orchestra (NYC), Spire Ensemble (Kansas City), The Hague International Baroque Orchestra (Iceland), and Barocco Boreale (Finland). She is also a proud founding member of her beloved Philadelphia ensembles, Night Music and the Franklin Quartet. Marika has teaching and coaching experience from Cornell, Harvard, Rutgers and the Novia University of Applied Sciences (Finland) and her 20 – odd recordings include the GRAMMY-nominated Handel’s Israel in Egypt with the Trinity Wall Street Choir and Baroque Orchestra.
